What time will my bin be placed out?
Your FaguPro places your bin at the curb before your scheduled collection window — typically early morning, so it's ready well ahead of the truck.
Do you return the bin after collection?
Yes. After the truck empties your bin, we bring it back from the curb to its storage spot — usually later the same day.
What happens if it rains or snows?
We operate rain or shine. Our FaguPros follow safe routes and keep your service on schedule in nearly all weather.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. Everything happens outside, and you receive time-stamped photo proof for each step — so you never have to be home.
