This Refund Policy explains how service credits, cancellations, and disputes are handled at Fagu Bin Care.
Late returns are credited $5–$10; missed services $25–$50, at our discretion, applied to your next invoice.
After the minimum term, unused prepaid service is prorated and refunded upon cancellation.
Quality complaints are investigated within 24 hours. Photo proof is available for every service to help resolve any question.
